Williston, N.D., (January 25, 2023) – Williston Basin School District #7 had staff and teachers fill out a Panorama Education survey in the Fall of 2022. Receiving the results of the survey, we found the feedback to be helpful. Feedback and Professional Coaching results were 18% higher, Professional Learning results were 13% higher and School Climate is 19% higher than last year

Williston Basin School District #7 is working hard to communicate and help each employee by giving feedback, and support and by being transparent with all initiatives in our district. As a district, we strive to find new ways to support our teachers and students. We take feedback from our staff seriously and use the feedback to improve our staff climate and culture. WBSD #7 has strived to be a positive, engaging, and supportive place to work. We appreciate all of our staff, students, and community and we look forward to continuing to grow in the right direction and doing what is best for our students.
